ANCHA Castilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with olives of the Cornicabra variety solely and it is always obtained by mechanical means, ensuring the best quality for our customers.
First of all, for its production a rigorous gathering process is followed. The olive is chosen when it is a bit green yet, being its colour between dark yellow and very bright green. As a result, the taste is fruity with a light apple taste and almond with a slight bitter touch. It leaves a sense of intense freshness in the mouth.
In ANCHA Castilla we offer a maximum quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil with an intense and very characteristic flavour, result of a special selection of olives.
For a better appreciation of its aroma and taste, we recommend its use raw. It is perfect for a culinary use, as well as for stews, sauces and fried or roasted foods. Furthermore, it is the best option to accompany ANCHA Castilla’s ham with toasted bread and a good wine.
You can find our ANCHA Castilla Extra Virgin Olive Oil in carafes of 2 and 5 litres, all of them in PET plastic. Within our range of oils, we can highlight Traditional EVOO, Organic EVOO and Montes de Toledo PDO EVOO, being the last one produced under the requirements of the Designation of origin that gives it its name.
