ANCHA Castilla Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from olives of the Cornicabra and Picual variety from organic agriculture and always by mechanical means.
In order to offer a maximum quality olive, a rigorous gathering process is followed, where olives are selected on the optimum ripening moment.
The tasting notes of the ANCHA Castilla Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil are characterized by having a light yellow and green colour. It also has a quite fruity aroma and a very characteristic intense flavour.
We recommend its use raw in order to better appreciate its aroma and flavor. It is perfect for culinary use, as well as for stews, sauces and fried or roasted food.
Within our range of oils, we can highlight Traditional EVOO, Organic EVOO and Montes de Toledo PDO EVOO, being the last one produced under the requirements of the Designation of origin that gives it its name.
