Considered one of the finest in the world, the Montes de Toledo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is crafted exclusively from the Cornicabra variety, harvested whilst the olives are still slightly green.
It presents hues ranging from golden yellow to intense green. It is characterised by its intense and balanced fruity flavour, with prominent notes of apple and slightly bitter almond, a result of its production between late November and mid-December.
This EVOO is ideal for raw use in salads, dressings, and sauces, providing delicate aromas that enhance the natural flavour of food.
Its balanced fatty acid composition, together with its content of vitamins and natural antioxidants, makes its use essential for a healthy diet, being the primary ingredient of the Mediterranean Diet.
