Yes, we use secure payment systems. All purchase transactions are carried out within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption using the SSL protocol. The confidentiality of the data provided by the client is guaranteed by means of encryption, avoiding its communication to third parties.
When you make the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system automatically verifies that your credit or debit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Finally, it connects with the issuing bank, requesting authentication by means of a code and its subsequent authorization of the operation.
Of course, you can. When you place an order, in the “Billing details” section you can indicate the name of your company, entering the corresponding fiscal data. If you are a private individual or self-employed, you can also request an invoice during the purchase process. You will receive your invoice by email or on paper with your order.
All your orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout, and which you also entered when creating your account. Therefore, it is very important that all the data is well written and not misleading. All orders will be handled from Monday to Friday from 7:00-14:00. Otherwise, the order will be managed the day after the purchase (orders placed on Friday outside management hours will be managed on Monday of the following week).
In order to optimize delivery, we recommend that you indicate an address where the order can be delivered on working days from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
Remember that once you have registered, you can modify and add as many addresses as you wish in the “Address Book” in the “My Account” section.
If the products you have ordered need to be sent by refrigerated transport (e.g., ham in very hot weather needs to be sent by refrigerated transport in order to maintain its properties), make sure you have a suitable place to store them.
We ship to all destinations in mainland Spain.
All our shipments that do not require refrigerated transport are made through the company DHL, which will perform the door-to-door service within 24/ 48 hours from the confirmation of your shipment. Once the order has been dispatched in our facilities, you will receive an e-mail notifying the acceptance of the order and stating that it is being sent.

The shipments that need refrigerated transport will be delivered through the company SEUR cold service. This service guarantees that all the articles are sent with controlled temperature (2º- 8ºC).
All shipments cost €10.00 for standard and cold orders. If the sum of the items included in the order exceeds €70.00, the transport will be FREE regardless of whether it requires cold or not. These conditions may vary in the case of special orders placed by telephone, in which case the customer will be specified in the requested budget.
In the event that the shipment may be delayed or the order cannot be delivered in the estimated time due to force majeure, the courier company will contact you to agree on a new date. In case of doubt or incident, you can contact us through the contact form.
No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the moment the shipment is made. If we receive notice of cancellation once the package has been shipped, it will not be considered a return. Returns can be made up to 7 calendar days from receipt of the product according to the following specifications:
If you receive a defective or mistaken order you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and always through our contact form or telephone number +34 926 23 24 15, indicating the error or defect along with all your personal data. Provided that the reasons described in the previous point are met, we will proceed to the return or replacement (if applicable) as soon as possible within 30 days after you receive our confirmation email.
The amounts that have been paid for those products that are returned because of some tare or defect (if applicable), will be made through the same platform from which the payment was made.
Finally, if the error or defect is due to the transport (damage to the packaging or breakage of the same), you must state it on the delivery note that the carrier must provide you with when the order is delivered.

The General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Sale described below (hereinafter referred to as “Conditions”), exclusively govern the contractual relationship between all users of the web pages of Ancha Castilla (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “User”) and the seller, which is the company CLAAN EXPORT S.L. selling products through the online platform/store (hereinafter referred to as “Ancha Castilla”, “Web” or “We”).
The term “Contract” refers to the purchase and sale operation that is instrumented through this document. The term “Product” refers to the goods to be purchased.

The prices of our products are expressed in euros and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the product.
ANCHA Castilla reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. All products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered.
Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website, and always depending on the available stock.
Normally we only offer products that we have in stock. For products that are not in our stores, our offers are valid provided that there is availability from our suppliers. Within this framework, indications of product availability will be provided at the time each order is processed.
In the event that the product is not available after an order has been processed, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the delivery of only a part of his order, and they may accept or cancel the order. In any case, the customer will receive a partial or complete refund within 72 hours.
Orders will be paid online by credit card, bank transfer or PayGold. The purchase will be charged to the credit card at the moment it is placed.

According to Article 103 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, ANCHA Castilla is not obliged to apply the right of withdrawal for trading in goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.
