BUYING GUIDE

Buying at ANCHA Castilla is simple and easy:

  1. Select the category of the product you wish to buy. Once inside, click on the desired product. You can find other detailed information such as nutritional values and pairing options in the product card of each item. You can also add the product directly to your shopping cart without having to enter the product specifically.
  2. Add the desired quantity to your cart by clicking on “Add to shopping cart”.
  3. Once added to your shopping cart, you can choose to continue shopping or “View your shopping cart”. By clicking there, you will be redirected to your shopping cart where you can see the products you have selected.

  4. Selecting
    “Go to payment” you will see a detailed summary of your order.
  5. If you are already registered at anchacastilla.com, you can click on “Already a customer” and log in with your credentials; if you are not registered yet, you can do so by filling in your billing details, by clicking the button “Create an account”.
  6. Once this step has been completed, please check that all your personal and billing details, as well as the delivery address, are correct. Remember that all products that need refrigeration will be sent by special transport. Make sure to keep the refrigerated products in optimal conditions.
  7. Finally, if you have any doubts or queries about your order you can do so through our contact form.
  8. If you wish, you can repeat your orders from your “Subscription to purchase” menu that appears on the product page, or in the section “My orders” in “My account” page.

¿Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on this website?

Yes, we use secure payment systems. All purchase transactions are carried out within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption using the SSL protocol. The confidentiality of the data provided by the client is guaranteed by means of encryption, avoiding its communication to third parties.
When you make the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system automatically verifies that your credit or debit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Finally, it connects with the issuing bank, requesting authentication by means of a code and its subsequent authorization of the operation.

Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?

Of course, you can. When you place an order, in the “Billing details” section you can indicate the name of your company, entering the corresponding fiscal data. If you are a private individual or self-employed, you can also request an invoice during the purchase process. You will receive your invoice by email or on paper with your order.

All your orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout, and which you also entered when creating your account. Therefore, it is very important that all the data is well written and not misleading. All orders will be handled from Monday to Friday from 7:00-14:00. Otherwise, the order will be managed the day after the purchase (orders placed on Friday outside management hours will be managed on Monday of the following week).

In order to optimize delivery, we recommend that you indicate an address where the order can be delivered on working days from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.

Remember that once you have registered, you can modify and add as many addresses as you wish in the “Address Book” in the “My Account” section.

If the products you have ordered need to be sent by refrigerated transport (e.g., ham in very hot weather needs to be sent by refrigerated transport in order to maintain its properties), make sure you have a suitable place to store them.

We ship to all destinations in mainland Spain.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All our shipments that do not require refrigerated transport are made through the company DHL, which will perform the door-to-door service within 24/ 48 hours from the confirmation of your shipment.  Once the order has been dispatched in our facilities, you will receive an e-mail notifying the acceptance of the order and stating that it is being sent.

The shipments that need refrigerated transport will be delivered through the company SEUR cold service. This service guarantees that all the articles are sent with controlled temperature (2º- 8ºC).

How much does it cost to receive my order?

All shipments cost €10.00 for standard and cold orders. If the sum of the items included in the order exceeds €70.00, the transport will be FREE regardless of whether it requires cold or not. These conditions may vary in the case of special orders placed by telephone, in which case the customer will be specified in the requested budget.

What happens if my order has not arrived on time?

In the event that the shipment may be delayed or the order cannot be delivered in the estimated time due to force majeure, the courier company will contact you to agree on a new date. In case of doubt or incident, you can contact us through the contact form.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

What should I do when I receive my order?

The moment you receive your package, you should:

    1. Check the conformity of the merchandise received at the time of delivery.
    2. Point out any anomalies on the delivery note, stating your reservations and including your signature.
    3. Transport providers do not allow the return of the merchandise if the customer opens it in their presence, but you can check the box from the outside and if you detect that it is wet or damp, do not accept the order. Our partner will notify us the incident, and we will automatically send a new shipment at no cost to you.

Can I return my order?

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the moment the shipment is made. If we receive notice of cancellation once the package has been shipped, it will not be considered a return. Returns can be made up to 7 calendar days from receipt of the product according to the following specifications:

  • The right of return cannot be exercised when there are indications that the products have been opened, manipulated or exposed to inappropriate conditions.
  • It is mandatory to return products properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect conditions for its subsequent sale.
  • No package may be accepted without one of the elements identifying the sender (name, address, order number).
  • The return of the products ordered will result in the refund of all amounts paid by the User.
  • Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, as well as the return costs. Returns that are due to an error on our part or to a defect in the product are excluded from this case. In this case, ANCHA Castilla commits itself to exchange the defective product for another one of the same kind or the amount will be refunded. We will also take care of the return and shipping costs.

What should I do if I receive a mistaken or defective order?

If you receive a defective or mistaken order you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and always through our contact form or telephone number +34 926 23 24 15, indicating the error or defect along with all your personal data. Provided that the reasons described in the previous point are met, we will proceed to the return or replacement (if applicable) as soon as possible within 30 days after you receive our confirmation email.

The amounts that have been paid for those products that are returned because of some tare or defect (if applicable), will be made through the same platform from which the payment was made.

Finally, if the error or defect is due to the transport (damage to the packaging or breakage of the same), you must state it on the delivery note that the carrier must provide you with when the order is delivered.

Introduction

These are the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Sale that regulate the contractual relationship for the acquisition of products that CLAAN EXPORT S.L. offers in its Online Shop.

The General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Sale described below (hereinafter referred to as “Conditions”), exclusively govern the contractual relationship between all users of the web pages of Ancha Castilla (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “User”) and the seller, which is the company CLAAN EXPORT S.L. selling products through the online platform/store (hereinafter referred to as “Ancha Castilla”, “Web” or “We”).

The term “Contract” refers to the purchase and sale operation that is instrumented through this document. The term “Product” refers to the goods to be purchased.

Therefore, the User undertakes to read carefully the conditions of contract and sale each time he or she proceeds to purchase a Product, given that they may have been modified since the last time he or she accessed them.

By accepting these Conditions, the User declares:

  1. That he/she is a person with the capacity to contract.
  2. That he/she has read and accepts these Conditions.

The User will always and in any case, prior to the start of the procedure for the purchase of Products, have access to the Conditions, which may be stored and/or reproduced in a durable medium.

Product Price

The prices of our products are expressed in euros and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) according to the product.

ANCHA Castilla reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. All products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is registered.

Product Availability

Our offers and prices are valid as long as they are displayed on the website, and always depending on the available stock.

Normally we only offer products that we have in stock. For products that are not in our stores, our offers are valid provided  that there is availability from our suppliers. Within this framework, indications of product availability will be provided at the time each order is processed.

In the event that the product is not available after an order has been processed, the customer will be informed by e-mail or telephone of the delivery of only a part of his order, and they may accept or cancel the order. In any case, the customer will receive a partial or complete refund within 72 hours.

Payment of the Order

Orders will be paid online by credit card, bank transfer or PayGold. The purchase will be charged to the credit card at the moment it is placed.

All purchase transactions are carried out within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption thanks to the SSL protocol. The confidentiality of the data provided by the client is guaranteed by means of encryption, avoiding its communication to third parties.

At random, to reinforce security and to verify the reliability of the data provided during the completion of an order, ANCHA Castilla may ask the customer for additional data (such as a copy of their ID card or similar) to verify that the purchase has been made by the cardholder. The document must be sent within 3 working days. ANCHA Castilla reserves the right to refund the order if it does not receive the requested documents or if they are not valid.

In any case, ANCHA Castilla does not have access to the bank details and does not keep them in its servers.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 103 of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, ANCHA Castilla is not obliged to apply the right of withdrawal for trading in goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly.

Modification of the Legal Conditions

ANCHA Castilla reserves the right to modify the present conditions without the previous requirement of the express acceptance by the User, being understood tacitly accepted by the User the modifications introduced in the case that they continue accessing the web from the date of publication of the mentioned modifications. Otherwise, the User must immediately cease to access and/or use the Website.

This contract has been originally drafted in Spanish and the user accepts that the Spanish version of this document will prevail over any version of the same in any language other than Spanish.

Nullity of the Clauses

If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will affect only that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, with the remaining conditions remaining in force.

Access and Web Browsing

By accessing and browsing this website, you accept and are aware of the legal warnings, conditions and terms of use contained herein. ANCHA Castilla makes every effort to ensure that browsing is carried out under the best conditions and to avoid damage of any kind that may occur during the same.

This website has been designed to support the most used browsers (Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera).

ANCHA Castilla is not responsible for the damages, of any kind, that could be caused to the users by the use of other browsers or different versions of the browsers for which the website has been designed.

Applicable Law And Jurisdiction

The General Terms and Conditions set out here are subject to Spanish law.

In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation, execution or validity of these general conditions of sale, the contracting parties submit themselves to the Courts and Tribunals of Ciudad Real with express waiving of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them. The party that fails to comply with the contract will assume the judicial and extra-judicial costs arising from the claim, including the costs of lawyers, solicitors, etc.

If these refer to electronic transactions with consumers, or on data protection when related to this area, the complaints will be resolved by the Mediation Committee of Confianza Online, accredited for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes.
