ANCHA Castilla Montes de Toledo PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained directly from olives of the cornicabra variety.

During the gathering process, the olive is chosen when it is still a bit green and its colour is between dark yellow and very bright green.

Therefore, the taste is fruity with a light apple taste and almond with a slight bitter touch which leaves a sense of intense freshness in the mouth.

For a better appreciation of its aroma and taste it is advisable its use raw. It is perfect for culinary use and to accompany elaborations.

ANCHA Castilla EVOO has a maximum quality with a very characteristic intense flavour, result of special selection of olives.
